Secure submission instructions
Documents must be submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF). The following documents must be merged into one PDF document for upload: 1) a completed application form, 2) a letter of reference from your supervisor, other faculty member or senior staff at your institution, 3) a letter or email from the Indigenous community or school you plan to visit.
Provide your self-identification data by completing a questionnaire that covers age, gender, Indigenous identity, and/or identity as a member of a visible minority group, and/or as a person with a disability. For the ID field, provide your NSERC PIN or leave blank if unknown. Although completion of the questionnaire is mandatory and required before review of your application, each question includes the option “prefer not to answer.”
