Secure submission instructions 

The following documents must be uploaded in a single PDF form in the following order:

  1. Application Form;
  2. Letter of acceptance/invitation from proposed host researcher;
  3. Letter of recommendation from doctoral supervisor;
  4. Doctoral degree diploma or certificate (if degree conferred) or letter from the doctoral institution stating the date the degree will be awarded;
  5. Terms and Conditions of Applying Form. Refer to the JSPS Program Description and the Application Guidelines to ensure all documents are complete.​
