Documents must be submitted in portable document format (PDF). The following must be uploaded as a single PDF document:

1. Application Form;

2. Letter of acceptance/invitation from proposed host researcher;

3. Letter of recommendation from doctoral supervisor;

4. Copy of doctoral degree diploma or certificate;

5. Terms and Conditions of Applying Form. Refer to JSPS Program Description​ to ensure all documents are complete​​
